WEEKEND RECAP!: FRIDAY NIGHT'S FESTIVITIES = 1ST ANNUAL NPHC STROLL-OFF & PARTY

Woke up early afternoon on friday...went over to the barber shop to get fresh...one of the barbers that was there was strictly a Jordan sneakerhead, which is a double-edged sword at times. I'll get into that later... Anyways, I think he got pretty excited about me being into sneakers so much that he just started cutting my hair and didn't even ask me what I wanted...just started cutting and shit. My hair's a little lower than I like, but f**k it, it'll grow back. OH, AND IT's beard season, so from here on out, I'll be growin that beard out, and keepin it crispy...yezzur...after that, changed clothes, chilled at my friend's apartment, got a quasi-home cooked meal, which was amazing (my friend cooked some of the best jerk chicken I've ever had...yeah, she's a champion), then headed out to IM West for this event. I got there a little early. Chopped it up with a whole bunch of poeple...the gym filled out and was packed...

Some of the dance groups that night...they were pretty dope...

Iotas had everybody hype and won the competition...Shout-out to the Deltas, who won the sorority part of the competition...
