Friday was straight @ BR...Teko came through before he headed to the Chi...
And dropped off these goodies...
Quentin from LACED OUT came through too...BURN RUBBER X LACED OUT?!?! We'll see...
that night was the concert at Hart Plaza with 1 OH 1, Princeton, and Big Sean (shout-out MonieInTheMiddle for the transpo). Before the concert started, I was choppin it up with the FF crew, the beautiful ladies that are always around (*Val Venus' voice *HELLO LADIES! *Val Venus' voice*), the members of 1 OH 1, and a few others...OH REAL QUICK, shout-out to Devon for making it possible for me to be backstage and Doo-Doo for connections galore...
So before the real action started, as we were driving down to Hart Plaza, I see lightning. I thought it was just cuz it was humid and whatnot, so I brushed it off. Then, as we're down there gettin ready to watch everybody perform, a few drizzles of rain hit the frames of my Cazals (THANKS RICK!). I brushed it off thinkin the rain would pass but nooooooo...right after I wiped my glasses off, it starts storming...
Couldn't believe it...they had to cancel the joint...DAMAGE! We still had fun though...
Storms are one of the best cuddling times in my opinion...PDA though? I dunno...
and that night ended with the singing Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" on the highest volume possible damn near bursting my eardrums....
and the reaction...lol
Saturday I was up at BR slangin' kicks and Sunday was studio time, listening to the mixing process of Jwan's "Waiting For Tomorrow" which is classic...
