That's what the Cleantech Group is reporting, based on details of a recent €50 million investment into Ikea's GreenTech fund, which is used to finance research into consumer solar panels, green building materials, alternative light sources, etc.
Being the industry leading company that they are, Ikea is moving to sell presumably affordable solar gear for everyday users, this could be a big push to the industry. As a side note, when these go on sale I will show you how to make money off of DTE and CONSUMER ENERGY when you purchase these. Not only will you get free power, but you could finally have these dudes paying you on the monthly.....
