Before I start this blog entry, I'd like to send out an apology to my brother and co-owner of Burn Rubber Sneaker Boutique Rick Williams for not mentioning him in the previous article with New Balance 575 Pigeon X Staple Design. Rick is an avid New Balance connoissuer and I forgot to mention that and the fact he'll probably break your neck with the NB Pigeon joints when they release.
My bad Rick!

Now before some of y'all start talkin' greasy like "Man, Fila's are wack" and "Fila is played out" etc. etc., you can't deny a dope looking sneaker. Remember how you same cats, especially you that are my age and from the Detroit area, were begging your parents to cop you the Grant Hill joints when he was playing for the Pistons. Sheeeeeit, I know I was, but I had to settle for the joints Jerry Stackhouse used to rock for hoopin, lol... *sigh* I digress...
OK, I'm back on track, lol. Brooklyn-based Premium Goods has teamed up with Fila on the Tennis Classic sneaker. This shoe, which made its first debut in 1987, was one of the first to retail @ $200. However, these will release within the next couple of months @ $150. With a release of a clean shoe like the Tennis Classic, a collab with a boutique, which will most likely make the sneaker limited, and the "Gucci" colorway, these will go fast... *pics from Complex
Be true to self...
